Cabbage Bhaje

Ingredients : 1 small cabbage
1 cup Gram flour (besan)
1 and 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste

Method :

1. Cut cabbage into small pieces.
2. Add salt, red chilli powder and Gram flour(besan) and mix well.
3. Then make small balls of this mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Deep fry small balls of the cabbage mixture until gloden brown.
6. Can eat this as a snack or as a side dish with the rice.
